Donna Robbins, Ph.D.

Donna Robbins, Ph.D., a partner in About Changing, is a specialist in human performance with more than 20 years experience with companies that must rapidly organize for major changes to their business. She works with Fortune 50 and 100 companies in aerospace, banking, utilities, information technology and insurance. Dr. Robbins provides personal coaching to executives and senior managers who must modify their style to support systemic changes in their organizations.

Donna holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona. Her post-doctoral study was at the Gestalt Therapy Training Institute of Los Angeles, and she was an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University, Graduate School of Education and Psychology.

Dr. Robbins is the author of numerous articles in the area of business psychology.
