Suzanne Maxwell, M.P.H.

Suzanne Maxwell is a partner in About Changing. She is passionate about her belief that we must constantly challenge ourselves to commit to constant, ongoing learning in order to sustain our businesses and our lives. In the last few years, finding, evolving and incorporating the pioneering facilitative structures and processes that enact transformational outcomes has been the deepening focus for Suzanne's work.

Suzanne was an adjunct member of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) faculty for 10 years and has worked with Fortune 50 businesses and organizations as well as the public sector. Suzanne has keynoted in eight international conferences focused on transformative business and leadership practices and one focused on the creative resolution of conflict. Other community service projects include her role on the Board of Advisors for the White River Institute, Vail Valley, Colorado, and her membership on the Ethics and Organizational Design Committees of The Forge Guild, a national organization of practitioners committed to keeping Spirit in our work lives.

Suzanne holds a Master's degree, majoring in business and adult health education. Her professional career includes hands-on experience as a department director in three major organizations. She co-authored "Tales From Open Space" with Harrison Owen and was a contributor to "Team Power" by Clay Carr. She has 25 years experience in the field.
